Modi's plan of vocal for local, successful or not?

                                                About:-

Coronavirus outbreak, which started from Wuhan of China in December, almost affected 205 countries. There are over 1 crore corona cases in the world with more than 5 lakh fatalities. Our nation also has over 5 lakh cases and 16000 deaths. Because of this pandemic pm, Modi addressed the nation in which he started "aatmanirbhar bharat" campaign to boost the Indian economy which leads towards the development of better a brighter India.

What does Pm's speech include:-

Prime Minister Narendra Modi addresses the nation on 12th May amid coronavirus pandemic for the fifth time. Due to this lockdown, citizens of the country can't be able to go for work, and due to the closure of many industries and companies, various workers become jobless and suffering much in this pandemic. India is on the verge of entering into lockdown 4.0 with new guidelines. While addressing the nation's pm, Modi has put emphasis on self-reliant India and announced a package of whopping $265 million equals to 10% of India's G.D.P and started a campaign named "Aatmanirbhar Bharat" which helps in boosting India's economy and small scale industries.

Pm, in his 33-minute long speech, told citizens that the 21st century belongs to India and also urges people to buy Swadeshi goods and turn this crisis into an opportunity. He said that this campaign has already started by stating the example that before this outbreak, India is not producing any P.P.E kits and doing negligible production of N-95 masks.  Now the country is creating 2 lakh P.P.E kits and N-95 masks every day.

Five pillars of independent India:-

Pm's plan of "Be vocal about local" will bring a new revolution in India. He also mentioned five pillars of self-reliant India are economy which takes a jump and helps the people of the country when needed funds, infrastructure which is the identity of modern India and attract investors to invest more and more, Technology-driven system which helps us to produce quality goods quickly and to increase the export share, demography which gives us energy and demand which emphasis on expanding demand and supply chain so that, Indians can promptly get products locally and not have to depend on foreign goods and services.

What this campaign is all about:-

Nowadays, many sectors in India are entirely dominated by China, and America and Modi want these sectors to be occupied by India. Not only in India, but he also wanted Indian products to be used in all over the world. This campaign will definitely succeed if used appropriately, and it reached to all states of India.

It mainly focuses on land, labour, liquidity, and laws, which is beneficial to cottage industries, MSMEs, and medium scale industries by increasing their machinery and resources to workers, E.P.F fund share is decreased by 4%. The date of filing the income tax return is to be extended by 30th November. Relaxations are also to be given in real estate and electricity companies. Worth Rs. 30 thousand crore liquidity scheme is announced.

The government will provide collateral-free loan to industries to cope-up with foreign companies and to increase the export and to help industries financially so that they can give wages to workers to help them in these crises. Some parts of this package used in providing free food grains to the daily wage workers who can't afford it. Farmers will get the loan quickly on low-interest rates, and also the lower class people will get the houses on low rent under the prime minister housing scheme. To increase the income of lower-class people and farmers, this package will play a significant role. With the help of money and skilled labourers, India can change and becomes the nation that helps other countries globally by increasing the exports. So, after certain other countries can say that various sectors of our countries are entirely dominated by china

But, this is not easy, India is the country with 138billion people. So, firstly we have to fulfil the requirements of our country, and then we will make exports. On the other hand, not any country is wholly sufficient we have to still import some items from different nations but to be less dependent on other countries and to reduce imports to some extent would be beneficial in uplifting the economy.

This package will help people all over India. From now on, we pledge to check “Made in India” to each and every product we purchase so that we can contribute to this campaign.
