              Introduction  Government of India banned 59 Chinese apps on 29 th June 2020, which includes TikTok, like, kwai, share it and other 54 apps. India’s ministry of electronics and IT warned GOI to ban this as these 59 Chinese apps are violating the sovereignty of India under the section 69A. To protect the privacy of 130 crore Indians, all these apps were banned.
